Caramel Nougat Ice Cream


Material:

• 200 gr sugar
• 100 cc hot water
• 100 gr cashew nuts, fried, then chopped
• 1 / 2 liter vanilla ice cream
• 250 g kiwi fruit, cut
• 1 / 4 cans (100 cc) sweetened condensed milk for garnish

How to manufacture:

1. Cook sugar and hot water in a saucepan over low heat
2. Pour nuts in pan, cracks
3. After the molten sugar and yellow gold, lift, pour over nuts, leave to harden
4. Cut the cashew nuts into small pieces, set aside
5. Pour ice cream into a bowl, put caramelnya cashews, and blend with mixer until blended
6. Pour ice cream into the place again, freeze in freezer until frozen

How to serve:

1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer, using a special spoon ice cream
2. Enter the ice cream into a bowl or glass serving
3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and kiwi fruit slices on top as well as complementary and sweeteners
4. Ice Cream Caramel Nougat ready to serve
